Terms and Conditions - Rs. 750 Swiggy Voucher
1. This offer entitles the end user Rs. 750 off on the Food Partner App  (Swiggy) in India only. The Value will be mentioned on the voucher
2. This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD.
3. The discount is valid on sub total amount (i.e. only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges. 
Offer valid for all days of the week.
4. Any Order that customers place on the App is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Partner and participating restaurant.
5. Discount is offered on minimum purchase  and maximum of 1 transaction only on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the order will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end user.
6. A maximum of 1 code can be used per transaction.
7. If the value of the Order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
8. This offer is only for Home Delivery.
9. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
10. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 750

Terms and Conditions - Movie Ticket for 2 
1. This offer entitles the user to 2 complimentary movie tickets at participating cinemas from Monday to Sunday (All Shows). Offer valid in select cities only.
2. Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Friday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday or any public holiday will be attended to on the subsequent Monday or working day.
3. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
4. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
5. Our concierge representative will call you 24 hours prior to your preferred date of booking and confirm your tickets. An SMS & E-mail confirming the booking will be sent to your registered mobile number.
6. The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained. 
7. To avail the Offer, the customer to show the SMS confirmation (M-Ticket) or a print out of the E-Ticket at the box office/venue.
8. Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If you do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
9. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
10. The offer is open to residents of India only.
11. The offer is valid for best available Silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier and gold class seats.
12. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, Imax and other special screenings.
13. Any extra person accompanying the movie voucher holder must pay the full ticket price at actuals.
14. Redemption of tickets is subject to availability of seats.
15. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
16. If the Promoter has already emailed or sent by SMS, an entrant’s Movie ticket voucher code to the email address submitted on entry, the Promoter will not re-send the Movie ticket e-voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant
Terms & Conditions - Myntra Voucher  
1.This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform. 
2.This E-Gift Card will have a validity period of 6 months . 
3.This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. 
4.Multiple E-Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order. E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash 
or Credit and cannot be reloaded. 
5.This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra 
Mobile App only. 
6.In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-
Gift Card. The E - Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account. 
7.The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the 
discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the 
order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit 
Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery. 
8.Extra VAT may apply in addition to the unit sale price on certain products, but the final inclusive 
price will not exceed the 'M.R.P. 
9.All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the 
benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer. 
10.If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after 
deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent 
transactions. 
11.For individual retail customers E - Gift Cards can be purchased on www.myntra.com or Myntra 
Mobile App using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking. 
12.Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card. 
13.You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the E -Gift Cards. myntra.com is not 
responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without 
permission. 
14.Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect 
the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss 
of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com shall not 
be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards. 
15.Myntra.com assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the E - Gift Card and any 
liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and 
conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products. 
16.Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the 
expired/unused E - Gift Cards. 
17.Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased 
with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI 
Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back 
to the same source from where these were received. 
18.You agree and understand that E - Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to 
regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Myntra may be required to share KYC details of the 
purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase 
of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory 
authorities. Myntra may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GC for any such information. 
19.Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift 
Card, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole 
discretion. 
20.All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the 
standard terms and conditions on myntra.com. In case of return of the purchased item, please 
refer to the “Return Policy” on our website or write to returns@myntra.com. 
21.All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of 
the courts in Bangalore only. 
22.Gift Cards are not applicable on the following sellers: Titan Company Limited, Bluestone

General Terms and Conditions
1. This Card offers the user to Rs. 750 Swiggy Voucher + Movie for 2 (Mon - Sun) + Rs. 750 Myntra Voucher at participating outlets and cities in India.
2. This voucher is not transferable, sellable or encash able.
3. This offer is not available to dealers & distributors and employees, of Ample Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies, and their immediate families. 
4. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
5. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards. 
7. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
8. Only the purchases made between 20/09/2024e till 03/11/2024 (45 days) will be considered for rewards.
9. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
10. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
11. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one code, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
12. Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
13. The customer will need to register the voucher within 15 days of their purchase or before the last date to register i.e. 17/11/2024, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further. 
14. The Promotion & contest shall run on the select SKU of Apple Products only.
15. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Ample Technologies Pvt. Ltd.cannot be held responsible for changes in voucher usage policies by the offer partner (Swiggy/Myntra Partner) which is not under the control of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Ample Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. In the event that a particular offer has been discontinued by the offer provider, Premier Sales Promotions reserves the right to offer the customer an alternative reward of equal value, this would fulfill our promotional obligations.
16. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
17. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
18. A maximum of one voucher code can be availed per person, per mobile number, per email id, per invoice/bill, and per household during the promotion period. Similarly, a maximum of one reward can be availed by the voucher holder every 15 days.

25. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
27. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
